Angela Lambert from Enviromat will be on hand to show visitors how to install Enviromat sedum matting build on to a shed, summerhouse, garage, or even bird-table roof in order to create a penthouse for wildlife that is lovely to look at.
Sedum matting also makes great ground cover. It has a long flowering period but doesn't need trimming, staking, deadheading or mulching and although it isn't at all hardwearing, it's ideal for tidying up difficult to manage areas - banks etc and it does a great job of disguising man-hole covers.
Aylett Nurseries have a permanent sedum roof in their outdoor display area and are happy to advise on any aspect of installing and caring for sedum matting.
